_SOUI3_ 是一套已经持续开发维护 **12年** 的轻量级Windows平台客户端开发框架,

|

（内核编译后体积1M左右），

框架设计吸收了`WTL`，`Android`，`QT`，`Flash`等流行框架的特点，

UI展示基于`xml`配置，性能高效（可选择GDI或[Skia](https://www.oschina.net/p/skia)渲染），
